This race is locked along with Beat the Bridges and Perimeter Perils. Win the races Solider Sneaker, Freeway Flyer, and Nocturnal Navigator in order to unlock this set.

You'll be snagging Checkpoints while driving crosstown reach the interstate and while you're driving through it. The Finish Line will be right near where you started!
